BIM Modeling

Building Information Model (BIM) is a digital 3D representation of a building or interior space. A model contains geometry with embedded data useful for planning, designing, construction coordination and facility operations.

We transform 2D drawings & as-built documents, and point clouds into 3D models under Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft Archicad. We model, detect, analyze and solve in agreement with our client the clashes in the BIM model using the software Navisworks.

We can ensure the coordination of the various services (architecture, MEP, structure) and participate in synthesis meetings in order to update the 3D model in a timely manner.

Applications & Skills

We master the following tools: Autodesk Revit Architecture, MEP, Structure, Graphisoft Archicad, Recap, Navisworks, Lumion as well as V-Ray and 3ds Max for renderings and animations.
